About you
- A strong commitment and understanding of the rights of people with disabilities.
- A reliable and mature mindset
- Genuinely interested in assisting others
- Passionate in building capacity with participants in daily living skills, to promote independence
- A strong understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Best Practice Standards
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current driver’s license
- Working with Children check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS worker orientation module
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care and/or Home & Community Care
